Hybrid session

Many factors go into hitting great shots and moving efficiently around the court. In-person sessions allow us to assess your game, mobility, and strength to clearly understand where you’re at and what we need to work on. Your range of motion, strength, biomechanics and injuries can all impact your performance on the court.

Step 1

Capture — Don’t be camera shy! You need to have a starting point if you are looking to optimize your technique

Step 2

Upload — Opinions are cheap. We must look objectively at your performance to tailor your training.

Step 3

In-person session time! — We will review your technical analysis and conduct some assessments. Followed by technical drills, mobility, strength and speed exercises tailored to you, while taking into account any conditions you may have

Step 4

Getting the right technique — It’s not all about practicing more! If you are not practicing with the right intention then you will not improve

Step 5

Let’s make it permanent! — When performing the drills, pay attention to how they feel. When you play try to transfer this feeling into the stroke/footwork itself. Keep taking videos of your strokes/movement to check whether it’s improving – refer back to analysis video

Step 6

Show off time! — After a week of practice, let’s check to see how much you’ve improved!

Step 7

Time to book! — If you haven’t booked your next in-person session, now is the time
