Rehabilitation isn’t passive treatment or random exercise.
It’s a progression.
Our system follows three phases:
Each builds on the previous.
Every program begins with screening:
Reassessments every 1–3 months ensure progress targets the true limiter.
Before strength, the body must access range. Restrictions create compensations and overload.
Mobilization restores:
Hands-on work may complement movement therapy. But mobility alone isn’t enough.
New range without control is unstable range.
Activation builds ownership of mobility gains.
Focus areas:
This phase rebuilds dissociation and neuromuscular coordination.
Mobility creates space.
Activation controls it.
Integration transfers gains into real movement.
We reintroduce:
Without integration, rehab doesn’t carry over to performance.
With it, resilience develops.
Our goal isn’t just symptom relief.
It’s returning you to sport stronger, more efficient, and more durable than before.
Move freely.
Control it.
Use it.
