Our approach
Whether working on sports rehab, chronic pain or developing athletic performance, our approach is always Restore, Build and Perform.
Most of the time, we start with an interview to figure out your aspirations, conduct an assessment and set a goal for the session.
Restore
Injuries and dysfunction may come from muscle imbalances, poor biomechanics, or inadequate strength. Restore range of motion and lay a strong foundation.
Build
Following the restoration phase, the emphasis shifts towards building strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness. This involves targeted exercises and training programs designed to enhance specific aspects of athletic performance.
Perform
The ultimate goal is achieving peak athletic performance. Once the body has been restored and built up, the focus shifts to refining skills, optimizing technique, and fine-tuning overall performance within a sports-specific context.
*At our studio location, all visits require wearing athletic attire and emphasize movement.
